Easy & Yummy No Bake Protein Bars
As much as everyone should stop for their lunch (or any meal, for that matter) this quick bar is for those times when you just can't stop. These bars pack a punch of protein at almost 15g per bar and should keep you going through lunch.

Ingredients
Bars
| 3 cups gluten-free quick oats (you can also use rolled oats) |
| 300 g unflavoured protein powder |
| 175 g dark chocolate chips |
| 145 g maple syrup |
| 60 g brown sugar |
| 240 g unsalted butter |
| 60 ml hot water - or more if needed |
Easy & Yummy No Bake Protein Bars Directions
In a stand mixer, combine oats, protein powder, and chocolate chips.
In a large pot, melt butter. Then add sugar and maple syrup. When it comes to a boil, remove from the heat and add the hot water.
Turn stand mixer on low and immediately add wet to dry. Mix for about 90 seconds, or until all combined.
Pour/scrape into prepared pan. Cover with waxed paper and press. Let cool completely and cut into 16 even bars. Wrap individually or store in an airtight container in the fridge. These bars don't necessarily need to be stored in the fridge, but it lets them last longer.
