This is the classic loaf of bread made two different ways.

Ingredients

Frankie's All Purpose Flour Method

600 g Frankie's glutene-free all-purpose flour blend
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
60 ml light salad oil (like canola or grapeseed)
475 ml tepid water

Frankie's Bread Mix Method

600 g Frankie's gluten-free bread mix
60 ml light salad oil (like canola or grapeseed)
475 ml tepid water

Loaf of bread Directions

Pre-heat your oven to 375°F or 175°C

Make two slings for your loaf pans by lining the two longest sides of the pans with parchment paper.

 

For either method: Combine all ingredients and beat well in a stand mixer or beat well by hand.  Scoop into the loaf pan and smooth the top.  Let rise for 20 minutes or until it has risen 1/3 in size.  Bake for 40 minutes, then remove from oven and remove from pan and let cool on a cooling rack.
