Frankie's All Purpose Flour Method
| 600 g Frankie's glutene-free all-purpose flour blend |
| 1 tbsp instant yeast |
| 1 tbsp sugar |
| 1/2 tsp Kosher salt |
| 60 ml light salad oil (like canola or grapeseed) |
| 475 ml tepid water |

| 600 g Frankie's gluten-free bread mix |
| 60 ml light salad oil (like canola or grapeseed) |
| 475 ml tepid water |
Loaf of bread Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 375°F or 175°C
Make two slings for your loaf pans by lining the two longest sides of the pans with parchment paper.
For either method: Combine all ingredients and beat well in a stand mixer or beat well by hand. Scoop into the loaf pan and smooth the top. Let rise for 20 minutes or until it has risen 1/3 in size. Bake for 40 minutes, then remove from oven and remove from pan and let cool on a cooling rack.
