| 1 cup Frankie's gluten-free All-Purpose Flour blend |
| 1 tbsp Baking powder |
| 1 tbsp white sugar |
| 1 pinch Kosher salt |
| 1 cup milk |
| 1 LG egg |
Waffles Directions
Preheat your waffle iron.
Whisk all of the ingredients together. Ladel an appropriate amount of batter into the waffle iron keeping in mind that the batter will expand as it heats up and cooks.
Every waffle iron is different so follow the manufacturers instructions on cooking waffles in that machine. Waffles will take about 2 minutes to bake.
These can be enjoyed right away with your favourite toppings, or can be frozen for later use. If you're planning on freezing the waffles cook them less than you would normally do as they're get re-toasted in the toaster oven.
