Ingredients
Dough
1 tbsp psyllium |
100 ml hot water |
1 cup Frankie's gluten-free all-purpose flour blend |
1 pinch salt |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 lg egg |
Pasta Directions
In a stand mixer add your psyllium and hot water. Stir to combine. Let rest for 1-2 minutes.
Once the psyllium has setup and hydrated add the rest of your ingredients.
Mix well. Give it some time to come together. It's better to have your dough take its time to come together, than it is to have be too wet. But, feel free to add a dash or two of water to help bring it together.
Once it's together, cover and let it rest for about 5 - 10 minutes.
