Shakesperian Parmesan Bites
A dinner with William Shakespeare. I'd never made these before and I must say that after making them... I'd make them again.
I got this recipe from the book: Dining with William Shakespeare by Madge Lorwin.
Enjoy.

Shakesperian Parmesan Bites Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 350°F or 175°C
In a bowl combine all ingredients and blend well.
Shape into small disc like pieces and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
To make the sauce combine the ingredients in a small bowl.
Do the same thing for the garnish.
When the bites are out of the oven let cool for a few minutes and then serve on a plate warm. Sprinkle the garnish atop the bites and have the dipping sauce in the middle of the bowl.
Serve warm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.
The bread crumbs were made from an old gluten-free loaf of bread I made using Frankie's bread mix. You can get their bread mix from glutenfreefrankies.com
