Skillet Pizza
Super easy

Sink your teeth into this recipe.  A Skillet pizza.  I've just used some ingredients from my garden, but make it your own by adding your own toppings.

The secret ingredient to this recipe is using Frankie's Bread mix.  Not their All Purpose Flour blend, but their bread mix, which has all of the ingredients in it already including yeast, salt, and that perfect ratio of gluten-free flours.  Order Frankie's bread mix online at: glutenfreefrankies.com or go to Amazon.ca and search for Frankie's flour.

Combine Frankie's bread mix, salad oil and tepid water into stand mixer or bowl and mix really well.

In a skillet pan spread olive oil, then sprinkle the cornmeal on the pan to cover the entire surface.  Spread dough out on the pan with wet fingers.  Make divots in the dough to create more surface area.

At this point you can add whatever toppings you want.

I added:

Olive oil - spreading it out.  Then sliced tomatoes, chopped basil and cheese.
