2 Lg Egg whites |
2 tbsp honey |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened) |
1/4 tsp Kosher salt |
Super Easy Coconut Macaroons Directions
Preheat oven to 350F/175C
Whip egg whites in a stand mixer on high until stiff peaks form.
Gently mix in remaining ingredients by hand.
Drop by the tablespoon size onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet spacing generously.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool on parchment paper. Store in an airtight container.
